Using the service
Use SheLovePDF only for files and information you are entitled to process. Follow the limits and instructions shown by each tool. Do not use the service to distribute malware, interfere with other users, bypass access controls or attempt to access another person’s files or account.
You remain responsible for your source material and how you use the output. Processing a file does not transfer ownership of your content to SheLovePDF. Keep a copy of important source files.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and protect your password and sign-in links. Use an account you are authorized to access. The resume and cover-letter builders require a valid account; other public tools can be used without one.
Availability depends on the service and any configured sign-in or email provider. Account-security restrictions and processing limits may prevent an operation from completing.
Review the output
Conversion, compression, OCR and editing can change layout, image quality, text or signatures. An output may contain errors or differ from your source. Preview and check the downloaded copy before submitting, printing or sharing it.
Health tools provide educational estimates within their stated assumptions. They are not a diagnosis, treatment plan, fertility confirmation or substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Temporary files and local copies
SheLovePDF is not a document archive. Queued files and download links expire; temporary processing files are subject to cleanup. Browser drafts and tracking records can be lost when you clear site data, change browsers or lose access to the device.
The Privacy and data use page describes server processing, accounts, local storage and current retention limits. Downloads and backups you create remain under your control.
Availability and changes
Tools are provided as available. Processing can fail, supported formats and limits can change, and a service interruption can prevent access or downloads. This page does not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect results or a particular professional outcome.
